Hello David,

I made a loaf of your bread today - it turned out really well, if a little lop-sided. I must straighten it out in the pan a bit more assertively next time.

For the first time in years I sat down to a real sandwich at lunchtime! and the taste of the bread was delicious.

Thank you so very much - I have been experimenting for some time to try and get real bread, and had some grotesque failures, and one or two successes, but nothing as good as the loaf I cooked today.

I shall tell me daughter where she can get the recipe - she is also gluten intolerant.

Just left positive feedback after tasting the first 'real' bread since I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease 7 years ago. Amazing, and so easy to bake. I have tried every gluten-free bread on the market and made my own using various packets and recipes, but non come anywhere near yours. It also smells like 'real' bread. I am now going to treat myself to a Panasonic bread maker and try the brown bread mix.
